Return / Refund Policy

  1. For prepaid orders (Bank Transfer), refunds will only be issued if the order is cancelled before dispatch, the wrong product is delivered, the product is received damaged/defective, or the ordered item is unavailable.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are only applicable if the customer has already paid and receives a wrong, damaged, or defective product that is verified by the company.
  3. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the order number and clear supporting photos/videos.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via bank transfer. Refunds will not be issued for opened or used products, change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with product results.
